Beef Pot Roast

This was so easy and OMG so good. I don't like pot roast usually but there was so much flavor in there my mouth was begging for seconds. I went to the gym instead. *Patting myself on back*

Ingredients:

1 small to medium rump roast (I used the already cubed kind in the meat section of my grocery store)

1 Pkg McCormick Slow Cookers Savory Pot Roast Seasoning Mix

1 Pkg McCormick Brown Gravy Mix

2-3 Medium to Large Potatoes, Peeled and Cut up (I used the tiny potatoes in the veggie section of my grocery store. You can put as many as you want in there!)

1 bag Baby Carrots (I used 1/2 bag. Ain't nobody gunna eat that many carrots)

1Tbs Onion Powder (Or you can use 1/2 chopped onion. The boss, my hubs prefers it without actual onions)

2 Cups Water

1 individual serving Mott's Applesauce cup

Salt/Pepper to tast

Directions:

1. Defrost Roast and dump into crock pot

2. Add Potatoes and Carrots

3. In separate bowl, mix together McCormick mixes, water, onion powder and applesauce together. Pour on top of roast and veggies.

4. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. I let mine cook for 11 hours and the meat was falling apart! Mmm.

Enjoy!
