From My Family To Yours
Jambalaya
Ingredients:
1 lb Boneless Chicken Breasts, cubed
1 lb Andouille Sausage, sliced
1 lb Frozen cooked Shimp, without tails
1 can Diced Tomatoes with juice
1 can Chicken Broth
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Large Onion, chopped (I used 2 Tbs Onion Powder)
2 Tsp Dried Oregano
2 Tsp Dried Parsley
2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 Tsp Ceyenne Pepper
1/2Tsp Dried Thyme
90 second Rice (Or any kind, this is just easiest for me.)
Directions:
1. Place chicken and andouille sausage in crock pot.
2. Add Green Bell Pepper, Onion, Diced Tomatoes, Chicken Broth and the seasoning into crock pot.
3. Cover and cook 7-8 hours on LOW.
4. 30 minutes before done, add the shrimp.
5. Cook your rice pour the Jambalaya mixture over it.
Add some rolls with it and eat up!
