Jambalaya

Ingredients:​

1 lb Boneless Chicken Breasts, cubed​

1 lb Andouille Sausage, sliced​

1 lb Frozen cooked Shimp, without tails​

1 can Diced Tomatoes with juice​

1 can Chicken Broth​

1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped

1 Large Onion, chopped (I used 2 Tbs Onion Powder)​

2 Tsp Dried Oregano​

2 Tsp Dried Parsley​

2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning​

1 Tsp Ceyenne Pepper​

1/2Tsp Dried Thyme​

90 second Rice (Or any kind, this is just easiest for me.)​

Directions:​

1. Place chicken and andouille sausage in crock pot.​

2. Add Green Bell Pepper, Onion, Diced Tomatoes, Chicken Broth and the seasoning into crock pot.​

3. Cover and cook 7-8 hours on LOW.​

4. 30 minutes before done, add the shrimp.​

5. Cook your rice pour the Jambalaya mixture over it. 

​

Add some rolls with it and eat up!
