Ok, head's up. These take a little longer to make so plan on it being a weekend meal but it is so good I had to add it to the recipes!
Ingredients:
2 Boneless Pork Chops (Or however many your family will need, just double to soy sauce mixture for 3 or more.)
1/3 Cup Honey
3 Tbs Soy Sauce
3 Tbs Minced Garlic
2 Cans Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup Flour
Olive Oil
Salt/Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Coat chops in a little olive oil, salt and pepper then flip both sides in flour.
2. In skillet with a little olive oil brown chops on each side. About 3-4 minutes each side.
3. Once chops are slightly browned, turn down heat to simmer and cook chops in Chicken Broth for a good 40-45 minutes or until chops are tender.
4. Drain Broth from skillet (Leave enough on bottom of skillet so chops won't burn)
5. Mix up your honey, soy sauce and minced garlic in a bowl. Pour mixture over chops and keep them simmering for another 15-20 minutes. (I flipped my chops over in sauce about 10 minutes in so that they soaked on both sides)
6. Once chops are tender and completely cooked thoroughly its time to chow down!
Enjoy!
