Expenses Binder

This binder will help you keep up with all of your finances! Click the buttons to the right to print out the free templates for your binder!

Bills

The bills template shows what is owed and when. Check it off monthly to show that it has been paid. (Instead of checking you can write the date paid instead)

Budget

The budget template will show your monthly budget, actual spent and how much is left to carry over to the next month.

Taxes 

The taxes template helps you keep up with your deductibles for tax time! This is very helpful!

Auto Maintenance

This will help you know exactly how much is being spent on car repairs...etc.

Home Costs

This template really helps me realize how much I'm spending on the home. Whether its fun stuff or needing a new window I write it down!



What you will need:

1. A cute 3-Ring Binder 

2. 12 Tab pages

3. 60 or more clear plastic sheets (The kind you can slip paper in)

Get your 3 Ring Binder and add 12 tab pages to it. One tab page for each month. January-December

Add 5 clear plastic sheets behind each (Month) tab.

Add one template page to each (5) clear plastic sheet for each month.

Bills, Budget, Auto Maintainance, Home Costs and Taxes

You're done getting your Expenses Binder ready! All that's left is for you to go through the pages and add your expenses and dates!



*I also have a separate clear plastic sheet for my receipts and payment confirmations. You can add or subtract to this binder, its yours!*
