Creamy Chicken and Rice

The boss, my hubby, really liked this one. It was very creamy and I could have done without the entire 8oz of cream cheese but it was super good and really easy!​

Ingredients:​

2-4 Boneless Chicken Breasts (Or as many as your family will need)​

1 8oz of Cream Cheese (Let soften for a few hours)​

1 Pkg Italian dressing (Dry kind)​

1 can Cream of Chicken​

2, 90 second Chicken Flavor Rice (Or if you're not lazy like me just cooked rice)​

Salt/Pepper to taste (More pepper than salt)​

Directions:

1. Place chicken in crock pot​

2. In separate bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of chicken and Italian seasoning together.​

3. Pour mixture on top of Chicken in crock pot​

4. Cook on LOW for 9 hours or HIGH for 4-6 hours​

(I cooked mine on low and the chicken was fall apart good)​

5. About 20 minutes before the time is up, pour the pre-made rice in there with everything. Stir it up.​
